Is Modding Controllers or Using Modded Controllers Legal?

Some of you may be wondering, “Is Modding Controllers or using a Modded Controller Legal?” you may notice that many retail stores don’t sell Modded Controllers. This is because Modded Controllers can be considered cheating in the Terms and Conditions of games, so mainstream retail stores avoid selling modded controllers for the reason to keep the game makers and their relationships with the gaming companies unhindered by selling products the violate the terms and conditions.

To make it simple, Modded Controllers are NOT ILLEGAL, However, they do violate the terms and conditions of some games or services such as xbox live, BUT most controllers are 100% UNDETECTABLE!

So basically NOTHING can happen to you for using a Modded Controller
